Boulo Valcourt était né au Cap-Haïtien le 12 Février 1946.

born in Port-au-Prince, October 27, 1946, Rodrigue Millien in his career span was one of the most versatile singers of Haiti. His compositions are sometimes romantic, sometimes satirical, and popular. There should be much more to say about this so talented performer, but unfortunately not yet.
Hit by illness, Rodrigue is still courageously fighting for a better, and active life. He lives in south Florida.
